Our KRC hotel guests receive exclusive access to dining reservations at our Kennebunkport Resort Collection restaurants. Contact us at stay@boathouseme.com for assistance in securing advance reservations at most of our unique restaurants.

Please note: The Boathouse Restaurant and The Dory do not take reservations, however, Boathouse Hotel guests do receive preferred placement on the Boathouse Restaurant waitlist.

Coastal Lighthouse Village

Enter our festive Coastal Lighthouse Village for a unique dining experience with seaside bites, cozy cocktails, and Maine-inspired nautical decor! Each custom-built Lighthouse seats 4, 6, or 8 guests. While heated, we recommend dressing warmly or bringing a blanket. Reservations have a 90-minute dining limit.

Our one-of-a-kind cuisine has a refined flair, such as lobster fried rice, pan-seared halibut, and Maine blueberry crisp.

John Shaw

A graduate of the New England Culinary Institute, Shaw's culinary journey includes roles as Chef at Four Point's restaurant and Sheraton Resort Steamboat Springs, as well as Celebrity Chef Gordon Ramsay adding to his accolades by praising Shaw’s culinary prowess, hailing his meal as the best in Maine that year.
