Once again, our waterfront deck is transforming into a Coastal Lighthouse Village on December 19th, featuring four uniquely inspired dining havens: The Lighthouse, The Innkeeper’s Cottage, The Lobster Shack, and The Sail Loft. John Shaw

A graduate of the New England Culinary Institute, Shaw's culinary journey includes roles as Chef at Four Point's restaurant and Sheraton Resort Steamboat Springs, as well as Celebrity Chef Gordon Ramsay adding to his accolades by praising Shaw’s culinary prowess, hailing his meal as the best in Maine that year.

Chef John Shaw’s “classic Maine” menu honors his coastal roots by emphasizing New England flavors and fresh Maine seafood, enhanced by the Asian influences he gained during his frequent travels to the Philippines.
